Cleopatra “Vermouth Rouge”

Red wine blended with grappa that has been infused with foraged and farm-grown ingredients, including wild orange peels, wild plums, rinds of sour lemons from Amber Ochota’s tree, green walnuts, fig leaves, eucalyptus bark, coriander seed, bay leaf. For drinking over ice with tonic or soda and a wedge of citrus, or adding to very special cocktails. Presented in a clear wine bottle, with wood-topped cork closure and wax seal. 

Cleopatra “Vermouth Rosé”

Pink wine blended with grappa that has been infused with foraged and farm-grown ingredients, including primarily native coastal vegetation (rosemary, saltbush, and eucalyptus leaves), as well as wormwood, citrus leaves, coriander seed, bay leaf, homegrown saltbush, etc. For drinking over ice with tonic or soda and a sprig of thyme, or adding to very special cocktails. Presented in a clear wine bottle, with wood-topped cork closure and wax seal. 

Cleopatra “Sangiovese”

This is a 100 percent Sangiovese, fermented about 7 days on skins before pressing into a 300L barrel and a large demi-jean. It’s a wine to age and also a wine to eat with braised lamb shank or another ambitious, hearty recipe… then again, it’s our go-to when we make pizza. PNV in Sydney called it my “most accomplished wine” of this vintage.
